My approach is based on harmonizing everything it really takes to reach your wildest dreams AND become the happiest version of yourself. My belief is  that we don’t create our wildest dreams from being all in the work, the masculine, and burning ourselves out working tirelessly, and we don’t do it by sitting back, completely in the feminine, having all of our ideas in the air and hoping we can manifest it all by journaling. I integrate strategy, energetics, mindset, and creating an aligned action plan to support you in building and growing your business and dream life.

My Journey

Years ago I found myself visualizing and journalling about the life I wanted to create, the life I am living right now.

I was waking up dreading going to the job I had, struggling to be tied down to someone else's vision and schedule, especially when I was wondering, "What's the point?"

I once dreamed of owning my own home, waking up to a business and work that I was obsessed with every day, a schedule that held space for freedom and passion, the money in my bank account, along with the love that currently surrounds me today.

This was all just a dream and a vision once, and I often wondered if "someone like me" could ACTUALLY do that. I was just a regular girl, from a small town, a broken family, who was I to decide that I was going to create the life I wanted?

I got tired of dreaming about it, thinking about it, wishing for it, and I began to CREATE it.

I reclaimed my power, took ownership, and decided on the life I would live, the person I would become, and how I would feel each day. Now, slow mornings with my coffee and my journal is how I start every day, I've checked off SO many bucket places all over the world, we just bought our second home, and I get to have a 3 day work week where I can be totally present with my son AND the business I love SO much.

After YEARS of being in the fitness and nutrition coaching space, I started to realize how much deeper everything was.

Conversations with clients were no longer about their programs, and mostly about their lives, their relationships, their jobs, their mindset. It was all encompassing and I saw that I needed to do more.

Honestly, I began to see that everything I was creating in my life wasn't done through some "magical" strategy. It was all cultivated through my mindset. Transforming my own health and fitness journey from obsessive and struggling to free and thriving, leaving my jobs to build my own dream business and schedule, buying my first and second home, and now planning my wedding with a man who treats me like a QUEEN every single day. It was ALL because of the INNER work I had done.

I finally became certified in life coaching in 2020 after years of helping my client's with their mindset and being obsessed with my own personal growth journey, and never looked back.
